Kayak Rentals

For rentals of more than five days, we will also assist in food and water drop-offs, return shuttles, and logistical coordination.  Renting kayaks is unquestionably the least expensive way to experience the beauty and grandeur of Palau’s rock islands, and we at Paddling Palau are experts at saving money for our guests.
Our open topped kayaks provide an excellent combination of comfort, stability,  versatility, and excellent tracking.  They can hold enough camping gear, food, water, and supplies for a five day expedition.  Beyond five days, Paddling Palau will help to coordinate food & water shuttles.  The primary advantage of the open topped kayaks is the ease of getting in and out of the boat while snorkeling in deep water.  While most of our snorkel sites can be accessed from beaches and shallow landings, this feature increases the accessibility to all snorkel sites.  Our high back seats also offer wonderful back support combined with a spacious cockpit.  Gear storage on open topped boats includes internal hatches, food storage pods, and deck storage held by bungee chords.

SYNCHRO DOUBLES:  The synchro doubles can handle  only  two days of food, water, and supplies.
For serious paddlers with open ocean experience, we can offer our closed shell kayaks.  Complete with rudders, back support, and spray skirts, the closed shell boats provide the fastest alternative to the open topped kayaks.   Molded paddle locks increase the kayaks stability during deep water entrances and exits.
